“I arrived early the night before to be exact. I opened my doors and bumped the dock. They open at 8am they started unloading me immediately. Directions to them is as follows;
From Va-220 NB/SB exit off at the Va-419 NB / Electric Rd exit. Take to Starkey Rd then turn Left there are 2 left turning lanes. Follow all the way down til the end and turn right at the round about for Starkey Rd. Take Starkey Rd down to Merriman Rd. Turn left onto Merriman Rd go about 1000 feet and turn left onto Commonwealth Dr. Follow road as it curves left then right after the right curve the building will be about 1/4 mile on left hand side. “Our ac went out today my husband called everyone he could find. On his last call he asked the nice lady who to call and she said Comfort Services. So he called said they would be here by 3:30. And guess what they were!
Chris came looked at unit found the bad part which was a capacitor, he didn’t have one on truck so he went to shop got one came back and vala once installed it began working again. Chris was very nice, polite and explained things very well.
We now have our AC people we can trust. We bought this house just a year ago this week so we are finding people one by one that are very trustworthy and we will use again. Chris and Comfort Services just made that list.
Thank you for being so kind and fixing our problem as well as advice about filters etc.
