“Joe McCloud and the Woods Family team are the best in the business. They are an honest, fair, and hardworking group. Joe came out for a furnace tune up and quoted some additional work at our request. He was polite, punctual, and overall a wonderful guy.
Look no further than these guys!”
“Outstanding Service from True Professionals
Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air continues to impress us with their excellent service. Our technician, Lee, was awesome — he did the job perfectly and took the time to explain everything in detail. My wife and I were concerned about our 8‑year‑old hot water heater, and Lee told us about Ostrom’s yearly “Cash for Clunkers” deal in September. Thanks to that, we received a $500 discount on a new hot water heater, an offer we couldn’t pass up. We look forward to having it installed this month.
We also want to recognize Jarrod, who has been servicing our HVAC twice a year. He is extremely knowledgeable, well‑mannered, respectful, and a true gentleman — just like Lee.
Thank you, Ostrom, for your excellent communication, punctuality, and for having such outstanding technicians. We highly recommend Ostrom Electrical Plumbing Heating & Air.”
