“Our plumber recently retired and we hadn't yet looked for a new one when a problem arose. The floor drain for the AC clogged and consequently backed up downstairs. We needed someone sooner vs. later. I called around and the most responsive/quickest to offer help in a reasonable time frame was Witt Mechanical. They offered to have help to me the very next morning by 7:30. At precisely 7:30 the following morning a very nice young man, Mason, arrived to offer assistance. Very clean, neat and squared away looking, along with being well spoken and knowledgeable, he proceeded to diagnose and promptly repair our issue. Mason represented his company in such a way that any employer would be proud. He, for such a young age ~ told that he had just turned 19 years old, looked and acted in a manner that you would expect from a professional who had been in the business for multiple decades. From start to finish, the entire process was made tolerable by this young man. I have only good to say about our recent experience with Witt Mechanical.”
