“They were great to get someone out the same day that I had called about my hvac not keeping cool during this heatwave we have going on. I’ll admit I was nervous that they were going to try and upsell me on a new unit but that wasn’t the case at all. All I needed was a new capacitor and some refrigerant. Tyler the tech that came out was super nice and informative explaining on what was needed.”
“Had them replace my AC and furnace. Brandon did a fantastic job explaining the various options and did not push any particular one. Worked with my schedule for install. Install guys were professional and polite.
Brandon came back a week later to see if any issues or questions. He pointed out a couple of minor things he didn't like and had the crew come back and fix. All in all, an excellent experience!”
“When I called they were able to come out in a day and David was as nice as could be, I will call Charles at Little River anytime. Thanks for getting someone out asap. I've known Charles since his Highschool days with my Son and it's wonderful to see you doing so well for yourself and your family!!!!! Thanks sweetie love you!!!!!”
