Our technician, Lee, was awesome — he did the job perfectly and took the time to explain everything in detail. My wife and I were concerned about our 8‑year‑old hot water heater, and Lee told us about Ostrom’s yearly “Cash for Clunkers” deal in September. Thanks to that, we received a $500 discount on a new hot water heater, an offer we couldn’t pass up. We look forward to having it installed this month.
