Was given a call that the technician was ill and asked if they could come out 1 hour later. That was fine with me, new tech arrived, quickly went to work with tuneup and cleaning. Everything checked out fine, and he was gone in less than one hour. Great service, fantastic, communications and wonderful people.
Nice people, upfront, prompt, respectful. What more can I say. They came in told me what they thought of my 16 year old unit. Showed me four options I might be interested in, showed me the differentiates between units, discussed everything and wrote it all out for me to decide. I was impressed! Having another company come out and look at it but I’m probably going with Woods.
