Hunter Toms quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the failed motor rather than recommending unnecessary repairs, and had my system running again. The house was comfortable immediately.

Very professional and efficient. Austin inspected my EV level 2 charger as my car would no longer charge. Found outlet and breaker to be ok but was offering to change out outlet to loosen up wires that appeared to be very tight fitting but probably not the problem. He called rep for the emporia charger and trouble shooted possible reasons. Turns out to be a problem with the car level 2 charging. He was great to figure out the problem. Only had to pay service fee as we are club members.
