“Jeremy came to my house to work up an estimate to replace ground drainage and gutter drainage that is outdated and inefficient. Jeremy was friendly and worked up the estimate on the spot. We chose to go ahead with the work the next day. Jeremy is like the other Wisler employees I’ve met or talked with…polite and friendly. I plan on using Wisler again in the future as needs arise.”
Service Experts Roanoke
“I've been with this company for sometime now. I have the maintenance plan that gives me the annual cleaning. That is why I contacted them in the first place.
The service man that came out was very nice and accommodating. He did cleaned/serviced the Natural gas boiler furnace. He also tested for CO2 with a detector he had. I have the combo smoke and CO2 wall units but think checking it with that device makes me feel better knowing the ones on the wall should be working as they don't go off for no reason.
He wasn't gone long and I received a text and email confirming my nest appointment for October 2027.
I highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling needs.
Very professional service and always confirms the appointments via text or email (my choice).”
