I've had multiple companies come to inspect the flat roof, some of which didn't even want to physically inspect it but rather just flew a drone (and they could not find any issues). These guys were hands down the most thorough, detailed, and genuinely caring about doing the work right and ensuring customer satisfaction. They spent time inspecting it in detail, keeping me informed, and then going above and beyond to fix it.

Recently NW Martin replaced a cedar shingle roof on a residential property in Kingsmill for my out of town clients. The entire experience working with NW Martin and their representative Adam was great!. Adam was very responsive, personable and easy going. The roofers were considerate and receptive of any feedback. The roof turned out beautiful!
NW Martin is seriously one of the BEST companies I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I am a listing real estate agent and had a property in King William that needed a little roofing attention. I called to get an estimate and Adam was so accommodating and got someone to the house within 24 hours! I was so impressed!
