I have had the hardest time finding someone to address some roof issues. Saunders was one of several roofing companies I contacted. The gentleman who responded to my call arrived on time and did a thorough inspection and pointed out some things I had not noticed. He emailed me a detailed estimate. He had the work initiated quickly and the job was done quickly. The technician actually fixed two other things without charge. Extremely happy with Saunders Roofing. I highly recommend them.

Saunders Roofing did a good job on my house, and garage. They worked with me on when they would start and predicted when the would finish, (provided the weather would hold off). They worked with me with the contract, and They held true with everything in the contract. I would recomend them any time.

I have a house in the city with the typical slate roof you see throughout Richmond. When I purchased the home 17 years ago my neighbor recommended, if not insisted I use Saunders Roofing if I wanted the work done right. I have stuck to this advice, but not before going through a few other companies that claim they know how to work on slate. My frugalness, which drove me to try other companies, always came back to haunt me as none were as good; technically, customer service or even customer interactions.
