The roofers came out, a gentleman named Carl and another young man. They were very thorough in their inspection and shared their assessment with me. Mr. Bolton gave me an estimate of the cost of the repairs and a full replacement. He fully explained about the repairs versus doing a full replacement. In the end because of an unforeseen situation I had to do the repairs for now. Carl and another young man came out and it took about 3 1/2 hours to do the repairs.
