“I am writing after the inital sales phase of our bathroom remodel. The company was super easy to contact and get an appointment scheduled. They even came out on Saturday which was perfect for our busy weekday schedules. We met with AJ and he was fantastic from the start. He was very knowledgable about all their products and really guided us throught the process as we have never done a remodel before. He wasn't pushy either which I really appreciated. We started by looking at the bathroom we wanted to remodel an talked through everything before sitting down and going over all our options. AJ was great and he left us that day with a quote and information to look over. Then after about a week when we made a decision to move forward with Bath Planet, AJ was willing to come back out and go through everything again just so we could make sure we had what we wanted. During this whole process and even know he has been very communicative whenever we have questions and is really making this an enjoyable experinece.”
