“Our project with LHC was a two-level deck rebuild. Our primary concerns were to make the new deck safe, bring it up to current code, and have it protected from weather impacts. Lee and Alexis worked with us to address these concerns and the final result is all of that and it also looks great. There is no way to minimize the noise, etc. associated with any home construction but the project took less time than originally estimated, deliveries and clean-up were efficient, and the workers were friendly and respectful. Alexis did a very good job of communicating status and the cost (even with some additional repair work) was reasonable. We give LHC high marks for a job well done.“
