“I have always had a great pleasant experience with Dr.Ramsey my whole family has been seeing her since 2020 I have never had any issues everyone is always nice and pleasant .I know the factory gets behind and it’s my fault for waiting so long to get glasses before kids school. “I have been frequenting eye centers yearly since I was 10 years old and the Eye Center of Chesapeake has been the best experience I've ever had. Dr. Miller is the best overall optometrist I've ever worked with. He is beyond courteous and friendly, and he always goes above and beyond. In one visit, I learned more about the care of my eyesight than I have ever done in the last 15 visits to other optometrists due to his informative sessions on your eye condition. He made remarkable suggestions to improve my quality of life and eye health, which I am eternally grateful for. I am currently moving out-of-state and I plan on flying back yearly simply to get checked out by Dr. Miller.“
“I was originally going to give three stars… because the receptionist is very rude. I hope management reads my review in entirety.I drove to the office to ask if they could rewrite my prescription because I lost the sheet. The receptionist says I need to provide a 24-hour notice. I explained that I called the office multiple times last week to see if I could have the rx emailed to me, but they never answered the phone.I have a busy work schedule so I decided to take a day off work and do a few errands and one of them was to stop in the office and pick up my prescription. When I got to the office the receptionist was very rude and insisted that I need to provide a 24-hour notice for a prescription rewrite. I asked if they had it on file and she said they do not keep prescriptions on file and the doctor has to rewrite it, but the doctor is busy with another patient and I can come back tomorrow. I explained that I took a day off work to get this sorted out and it only takes a minute to fill out the prescription so I don’t mind waiting for the doctor to finish up with their current patient. She kept insisting I leave, with a rude condescending tone. Eventually the doctor walked out and I asked if she could rewrite the script, which she kindly did. She remembered me which was nice because I’m sure she sees lots of patients.The doctors are great, but the one receptionists has a terrible attitude and speaks in a condescending tone to customers. I didn’t feel right giving less stars because it is not the doctors fault, but I hope this is reviewed and the receptionist improves her attitude when dealing with customers in the future.“
“The eye doctor next door is rude and out for a copay even if one is not owed. Wal-Mart vision has always been good but now that I had trouble next door I am not treated the same“

Loved my prescription until about 1 month ago. They were the 1st ever perfect prescription. Probably because he gave my eyes time to rest and kept reminding me ti close them between tests. I didn't return this year because I don't work in Suffolk now. Regretting it now.“

“Five star service from the optical department by Optician Charmaine on my most recent visit. At Dr. Robert Fox's suggestion, I ordered computer glasses to supplement my current prescription eyeglasses. Charmaine, did a fantastic job of explaining the benefits and differences between my two eye glasses and setting my expectations. From the ordering process, to the pickup, it was effortless. I even got some goodies - liquid cleaner and really good quality lens cloths. The office has a very modern design highlighting the many product lines they have. I definitely recommend Griffey eye care for all of your optical needs over any other!!“

“I had been a patient of Dr Gross for over 15 or more years and his is the first time I've used the optical shop . I am glad I did ! after my optometry appointment, I decided to get my eyeglasses. My prescription eyeglasses filled with the optical section are n Chesapeake clinic . I was glad that I did. I was assisted by Violeta who was very professional, patient, efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed on the way she was taking my eye measurements in conjunction with my bifocal requirement. She explained every feature of the services that they were offering and made sure that I understood everything. She was very thorough and very honest she fitted me with an eyeglass frame that suited my face and my style, and I was quite happy about that. I was actually glad that, I made the decision to have my prescription glasses filled in mid-Atlantic eyecare, and I was happy that Violeta was helping me because she was a gem that service didn't stop there when I came to pick up my new prescription glasses she informed me that there are new shipments of more stylish frames that I may be interested in and showed me the new selections for her use sunglasses . Again the options were given, and she help me made the right choice and I am quite happy about the selection that I made overall the service I received from Violeta was quite impressive and I'm grateful I'm happy that I finally change from one optical clinic to another.
