I went to my eye appointment and everything was good. I ordered new frames and lenses. There was a mix up and a sunglasse tent was added to mine. I was helped by a employee named Jerome, I cant say enough positive things about how everything was handled. He did a very in depth investigation to see what happened and also to make sure I was being billed correctly. He did a correction order. That was completed quickly. Its still nice to know even larger eye care centers still have and treat their customers with care understanding and heart.“
