My experience with Dr. Tran was positive. He and his assistant are very efficient. I was in on a busy Saturday and they were attending to everyone quickly. I was able to book and appointment online and there was minimal wait time. The process at lenscrafters did seem rushed and had I not slowed down the optician, would have been charged more than necessary for my frames and lenses.
Dr. Tran demonstrated extensive knowledge and exhibited remarkable patience in educating me about my macular degeneration. He took the initiative to inquire if I was consulting a specialist. Furthermore, he engaged in a discussion regarding contact lenses and together we decided I should wait.
