Brittany and Sandra were awesome! Drove here from Suffolk because of the reviews and they did not disappoint! I needed to have my son’s glasses repaired that were ordered online. I walked in and Brittany fixed them with no hesitation or questions asked. I also needed to order glasses and sunglasses of my own. I do not have insurance and had to pay 100% out of pocket so she did everything she could to find every deal and discount available. Brittany even had my glasses shipped to me so I didn’t have to make the drive back to pick them up. Shipping was done through UPS so I got my glasses two days after they were ready. This evening we visited Target Optical to learn more about contact lenses since I recently received a new prescription and am trying contacts for the first time. Sandra provided such a warm and welcoming experience. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she took the time to educate me and answer all of my questions. I truly appreciate her patience and professionalism. I will definitely be returning to this location for future contact lens purchases and hope to work with Sandra again!

If you’re thinking about going to Target Optical DON’T! Just run on down lol. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Sandra definitely delivered. I’ll absolutely be back in the future!
