I had been a patient of Dr Gross for over 15 or more years and his is the first time I've used the optical shop . I am glad I did ! after my optometry appointment, I decided to get my eyeglasses. My prescription eyeglasses filled with the optical section are n Chesapeake clinic . I was glad that I did. I was assisted by Violeta who was very professional, patient, efficient, kind and very knowledgeable. I was very impressed on the way she was taking my eye measurements in conjunction with my bifocal requirement. She explained every feature of the services that they were offering and made sure that I understood everything. She was very thorough and very honest she fitted me with an eyeglass frame that suited my face and my style, and I was quite happy about that. I was actually glad that, I made the decision to have my prescription glasses filled in mid-Atlantic eyecare, and I was happy that Violeta was helping me because she was a gem that service didn't stop there when I came to pick up my new prescription glasses she informed me that there are new shipments of more stylish frames that I may be interested in and showed me the new selections for her use sunglasses . Again the options were given, and she help me made the right choice and I am quite happy about the selection that I made overall the service I received from Violeta was quite impressive and I'm grateful I'm happy that I finally change from one optical clinic to another. I have no complaints. I am pleased with my doctor his staff that works alongside with him. He told me that I would see a big difference, and I do. Dr. Vahedi, Thank you and your team.

I had no problem getting appt. Ist one, Dr was competent, tested me for many eye diseases as um getting older... lol, I know the phone issues could be solved if someone would only answer the phone. I scheduled my appt in person as I was there to see dermatologist, who shares office space w each other. They are Brother's. Even calling Dermatologist side is completely a mess. Ya all are right. They don't answer the phone, yet when I come in for appt, I don't see them on the phone, one receptionist said the phone system goes down alot. Common sense, fix it. Anyways once You get Appt.
