Told to arrive @ 9:15 then sat in waiting room for 3+ hours for procedure that takes 15 minutes. Many patients sitting with us were highly anxious and their wait times only made things worse. Surgeons are good but indifference to patients' needs and over-scheduling are unethical.

Kimberly I think her name was (I could be mistaken) but whoever she was, she was AWESOME!! She made sure everyone was taken care of. I came here with my Dad a few times for his appointment and every visit we had was a great one! Her smile just lit up the room. She was sweet and very professional. I was very pleased with the evaluation process and how the nurses was very knowledgeable and professional in the process of evaluating and preparing me for my surgery. On the day of my surgery, there was an atmosphere that made me fill at ease and comfortable, and again the nurses was great. During the surgery; Dr Miller was very consoling, and very skillful in the process. Overall I was very pleased with my whole experience and recommend anyone to choose Virginia Eye Consultants for any or all their eye surgical needs.
