7353 Woodlawn Ln, Warrenton“We have a rescue, and those with a rescue dog understand the potential issues that come with them. Ours is nervous in new environments, fearful of loud noises and large objects, and anxious around strangers. But he's a totally normal playful happy puppy at home, around family, and once he gets to know the stranger. Unfortunately we sometimes go out of town and require boarding facilities. We tried another place in Warrenton, I won't name, but it claimed to be a suite for pets. Booked a 4 day stay and we're not sure what happened but our dog came back more nervous that he left. It took 2 weeks before he was back to himself. He also had what looked to be a callous on both front legs which he did not have when we dropped him off. His blanket also smelled of urine, which was totally strange because even with all his complexes he NEVER goes to the bathroom in the house. He'll whine and moan and stand by the door until we take him out. Needless to say we never went back there again. I tried another place in old town Haymarket. Were I was not given a tour of the facilities and grounds. Instead they took my dog in the back right away and let me watch his experience on the monitors at the front desk. But they didn't seem to know how to take care of a rescue like our dog. They took him in the back into the indoor play room and tried to integrate him into the pack way too soon. Not giving him time to acclimate. Instead of joining the pack he stayed with the young lady that brought him back there. Knowing my dog it would have been better to introduce him to one dog at a time instead of overwhelming him with a pack. Because he didn't immediately join the pack they told me he wasn't a good candidate. I think the young lady (teenager) was possibly inexperienced or wasn't trained well. Had she been, she would he have tried a different approach. Especially after I informed her of the best way for our dog to meet new people and dogs. Then we found Pawsawhile. We had the walk through and yes it's a converted house but the property is huge with large fenced outdoor play areas. We were shown the entire property and facility and in no time or Dog was playing with the nun that was showing us around. He was walking with her, coming to her when called, fetching the ball. And I love how she didn't force herself on him, she allowed him to come to her making a great connection with him. We've been using them for daycare 1 day a week so he can play with other dogs and boarding when we travel. Now Our dog will drag us into the building when he goes there, he seems so happy. When we drop him off he gladly goes with the handler and doesn't even look back at me to say goodbye, lol. I highly recommend PawsAWhile. Everyone we've come in contact with has been kind, and easy to talk to, and very responsive. The nuns are caring and informative and you can tell they love animals and from my experience take great care of your family Pet.“

“Bottom line up front: If you’re searching for an exceptional pet care company that truly goes above and beyond, you’ve found them!A couple of year ago our cat was diagnosed as diabetic and requires insulin twice daily. My wife and I have gotten good at it but it has been daunting to find anyone who is able to provide care for our furry friend when we travel. We Let the Dogs Out 4 You has proven to be an absolute gem. Their evident passion for animals shines through in the attentive care they provide, their rates are reasonable, they’re timely and responsible. I was extremely impressed that not only were they able to administer the necessary insulin injections for my cat twice a day, but also established a bond with him over the course of our travel. Each visit after meeting our cats’ daily needs, Tracy would provide random acts of kindness like leaving toys or putting light music on for him. It's reassuring to know that my pet's health needs are being met with such precision and care. One of the standout features of We Let the Dogs Out 4 You is their meticulous daily reporting. Their attention to detail in these reports speaks volumes about their commitment to the well-being of each and every animal they care for. The convenience of their user-friendly app for communication is also a game-changer. Being able to receive updates, photos, and communicate with the caregivers easily has provided a level of comfort and transparency that's hard to find elsewhere. I wholeheartedly recommend We Let the Dogs Out 4 You to all pet owners seeking a company that not only loves animals but also excels in providing top-notch, personalized care.Jason M“

“Not only did they take us on an emergency basis (not even being patients of the practice) but they stayed late to help treat our dog. They made what was a stressful event into a positive experience from start to finish and we can not thank them enough! Dr. Munzing and Chris were fantastic with our normally vet-nervous dog! Thank you so much for taking care of us!“

14011-h St Germain Dr, Centreville“This was the first time I have taken my dog, 8 months old (also the first time I have taken a dog to the groomers) so you can imagine I was very nervous and did a lot of research on Paws and Spa Grooming as well as other groomers. She is an extremely anxious dog who pees whenever she gets nervous, especially when an unfamiliar man approaches/pets her. I was nervous for her but when one of the male groomers came out to greet us he was very kind and understanding about her fears. To my surprise she immediately went up to him with her tail untucked and let him pet her and even wagged her tail a bit (in my opinion dogs are great at judging character) so it was good vibes already. They were all extremely nice and took amazing care of my puppy! When I came back to pick her up one of the female groomers told me how well she did and how she didn't pee, not even one drop. She told me they went slow and took breaks with her so she wouldn't get too overwhelmed. She said my puppy did so well she didn't even have to go into the kennels and was able to roam free with the other dogs, which I think helped her tremendously. Lastly, they were able to fit me in the same day I was looking for an appointment. I HIGHLY recommend Paws and Spa grooming not only because of their customer service but also their care when grooming my dog, she even came out with a cute Christmas bandana!!“

My first impression of the salon was WOW… it is beautiful. We were welcomed by friendly staff and my pup was treated like a queen! After about 1.5hrs I was able to pick up my dog and she looked and smelled lovely. The staff reassured me that my dog behaved. They explained that they were gentle with her as she was nervous the first few minutes. A big thank you to the staff at Star Dog Salon! We will be back soon ? ✂️“
