“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“

“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. I am forever grateful for you all!“

I have been taking my dog there for day and boarding (when needed) since they opened and have referred several people to them for dog day care and boarding. The staff is respectful and truly cares about the well being of each and every animal in their care -whether it is for day care or boarding. They listen to owners and are attentive to any animal special needs. They really work to get to know each animal individually and their personalities. We’ve had dental surgery done, routine visits, illness visits, and tech appointments— and we couldn’t ask for better care.When we needed to put one of my dogs to rest, Dr. Mitchell went out of her way to make sure she was available for us during our time of need. They are also great about communicating with specialists, other vets used, etc.“

“We used Featherle on the recommendation of a friend. We've tried several groomers with our goldendoodle because no one ever seemed to listen to how we wanted him groomed. He always came back too short & the face was never how we described or requested even after showing pictures of our desired look. Featherle was able to get us in quickly. Our pup saw Morgan & he came home with the best cut he's ever had!! He smelled so good & 2 weeks later is still so soft. Thank you, Morgan & Featherle!! Will definitely be coming back!“

“Canine Carousel was the only groomer that I found willing to groom my reactive senior small dog. He was very anxious and would become a fear biter. Other groomers wanted me to tranquilize him but Canine Carousel was willing to try working on him with the most minimal of restraints. They used my suggestion of a muzzle for nail clipping, which worked wonderfully. Going very slowly and gently, he was able to be bathed and groomed. He came out looking and feeling fabulous. I am so grateful for their kind, loving and gentle handling of him. Chrissy really met him at his level and helped him gain confidence that she was not going to harm him. I highly recommend Canine Carousel for anyone looking for a loving groomer who will make your dog look amazing. I can not say enough good about our continued experience with them. Thank you for working with my difficult old man dog!“
