I have been taking my dog there for day and boarding (when needed) since they opened and have referred several people to them for dog day care and boarding. The staff is respectful and truly cares about the well being of each and every animal in their care -whether it is for day care or boarding. They listen to owners and are attentive to any animal special needs. They really work to get to know each animal individually and their personalities. “We used Featherle on the recommendation of a friend. We've tried several groomers with our goldendoodle because no one ever seemed to listen to how we wanted him groomed. He always came back too short & the face was never how we described or requested even after showing pictures of our desired look. Featherle was able to get us in quickly. Our pup saw Morgan & he came home with the best cut he's ever had!! He smelled so good & 2 weeks later is still so soft. Thank you, Morgan & Featherle!! Will definitely be coming back!“
