A very friendly staff and a clean facility. Nail trims are a great service for the price as well.
The coaches are wonderful and take very good care of my dog. They listen, take my instructions seriously and help copper have a fun, healthy environment to relax in when I am not around.
I’ve established very good relationships with the coaches and they are the ONLY reason I will continue to bring copper here.
Upper management is questionable since Tricia left. ( and no, I’m not talking about managers in house, I’m talking DM) It’s a shame, Tricia was wonderful. Not sure what the deal is with the DM Tisha but not a very client care oriented district manager. Have had minimal interaction and still highly disappointed in the communication...read full review
We’ve never boarded our dog but she attends for daycare and she is tired from a full day’s play when she gets home and is excited to go! The staff is fantastic, our experience has been excellent!
