The biggest negatives are my dog always comes home stained yellow and the smell in the facility is awful. Lots of turnover isnt great to see either it’s hard to build trust and loyalty in a daycare that way.
A very friendly staff and a clean facility. Nail trims are a great service for the price as well.
The coaches are wonderful and take very good care of my dog. They listen, take my instructions seriously and help copper have a fun, healthy environment to relax in when I am not around.
I’ve established very good relationships with the coaches and they are the ONLY reason I will continue to bring copper here.
Upper management is questionable since Tricia left. ( and no, I’m not talking about managers in house, I’m talking DM) It’s a shame, Tricia was wonderful. Not sure what the deal is with the DM Tisha but not a very client care oriented district manager. Have had minimal interaction and still highly disappointed in the communication...read full review
