“Brought my rescue chihuahua here expecting a disaster because he snaps when strangers touch his paws. Somehow the groomer managed to trim all his nails without upsetting him too badly. They worked slowly and didn’t force him when he became anxious. I could tell they had experience handling difficult dogs instead of just rushing through appointments. There was a small mix-up with the pickup time, but they apologized immediately and offered him water while we waited. Very patient staff overall.”
