“The hot yoga flow class is great. I am not from the area but travel here every year once or twice. I take at least one class here when I visit. The studio, locker room, restrooms are clean and well maintained. Bill was the teacher in the last class I took. He is a good teacher and helped me with my form in some of the poses. If you haven't tried a hot yoga flow class here you should.“
