Zenya Yoga Studio & Academy - Newport News
“Zenya Yoga Studio is truly a wonderful studio and community. The classes are thoughtfully designed, welcoming, and accessible for all levels, and the teachers are incredibly knowledgeable, supportive, and passionate about what they do.
Highly recommend Zenya Yoga Studio to anyone looking for excellent classes, experienced teachers, and a welcoming yoga community.”
Hot or Not Yoga & Massage Studio
“The hot yoga flow class is great. I am not from the area but travel here every year once or twice. I take at least one class here when I visit. The studio, locker room, restrooms are clean and well maintained. Bill was the teacher in the last class I took. He is a good teacher and helped me with my form in some of the poses. If you haven't tried a hot yoga flow class here you should.”
