“Update: The vet returned my call on Tuesday and took care of everything. I am satisfied now.The vet is very hard to get a hold of after seeing her for the first time when she informed us our indoor cat has fleas. The vet suggested we put her on Next guard Combo and informed us that she might need something to help with itchy spots and told us to call if she is still scratching a lot after the application.Called on a Thursday left a message. Called on the following Friday and spoke with someone who said they would call the vet to ask about it. Meanwhile, my cat is in discomfort. It is odd that there is only one vet at this practice who is not available at all on Thursdays and is not onsite on a Friday. Maybe I will hear from them on Monday. if not, I might need to find a different vet.“
“I have not had a lot of experience with vets taking care of my tropical birds. When I did have a serious problem with my birds Dr. Bignall was always availabe and highly concerned for there health. I don't know what I would do with out such a wonderful veterinarian. One life couldn't be saved the other probably would of died without his help. God bless him and you couldn't get a more caring and concerned Dr. for your precious little creature.“

“Let me be the first to say that my dog is more than most people can handle, medical professionals included. I got my Belgian Malinois when he was 8 weeks old, and went through 4 different vets that couldn't manage to give him his vaccinations. Either he was too "aggressive" or "squirmy". Then I found Pawsitive Care! Caesyn has been coming back ever since. The staff are always kind, caring, and courteous. No matter what I need, when I briefly moved to New Mexico the staff provided me with a copy of his complete file in no time, they are truly the best. The vet always asks if I have any concerns or if I've noticed any strange behavior and addresses my concerns kindly. I'll never go anywhere else, I refer everyone I know here!“

Treatment done and received a call with full details. Received a full report again when I arrived to collect her. Additional, in-home, treatments recommended. So happy I took the recommendation for Crossroads and Dr. Reppuhn is outstanding.“

“My dog had an infection that needed to be taken care of as soon as possible. My husband found Sully Animal Hospital and they were able to get her in that same morning and perform surgery. I felt so at ease letting my dog go back with the nurses and after a few hours we got a call that everything went well. Everyone that we came in contact with was extra sweet and it seemed like they truly care. I’d drive 45 minutes over and over again to have them take care of my sweet Bella. I am forever grateful for you all!“

“I'm not a person that typicaily post. I would like to share my story. Over the past 60 days I have been going to Southside. My dog Odin is under their care. Dr. Morrow took him with open arms after regular vet wasnt able to help. This issue started with the prior vet in February. I feel just like you. My Odin is part of the family. He had a hematoma that my regular vet was not about correct. This was after $1000.00 and several visits. Not knowing what to do I was referred to Southside. I dont wont to share the preivious vet. I will say this, Dr Morrow and Sothside has a customer for life. I cannot thank them enough.“

“My cat Nemo and I are really happy to have found this vet a couple years ago, the staff and vet techs and doctors have been wonderful, caring, and supportive. And for someone who didn't purchase pet insurance after they adopted their pet (big mistake, buy pet insurance from day zero if you adopt!), I appreciate their more affordable pricing compared to some other vet practices. My cat became severely hyperthyroid last year, and they were great in helping us treat the condition prior to radioiodine treatment. It was pretty complicated (a lot of methimazole dose titration, followup labs, timing of the washout and getting all the pre-treatment tests done that were required prior to radioiodine therapy), but Kristy and Dr Ram did a great job managing his care and coordinating with the Radiocat treatment center. We've also been seen by Dr Loki and had a recent dental with Dr Mummareddi and had great experiences with them as well. Very thankful for the care they've given my cat over the last couple years, and everyone I've interacted with there is friendly and caring, highly recommend!“
