The pups were in good hands with Danny and we can already see the differences in the pups' manners and obedience. We picked up very happy pups after the two weeks was up! Danny is hilarious and he is very knowledgeable about all dogs.”

“As a nurse, I was very pleased with the care given to my “boys”. I had my two cats neutered here, and I felt like they really took great care of them. They went above and beyond to make sure that their procedures went as smoothly as possible. The front desk even texted me an update on how my boys were doing which I thought was so nice, since I was worried about them. And Elise the vet tech was so informative and helpful. “Took in my spicy cat today and they were FABULOUS with him! They gave me meds to calm him and he was way more chill than I’ve ever seen him, so it wasn’t the worst vet experience he’s ever had. They even got him into a purrito, which I’ve never been able to do. Attaching a pic of my handsome guy with Charlotte as a cute purruito! They are genuinely a great team and I wouldn’t consider taking my cats anywhere else in town.”

“It is difficult to put into words what Dog Tales has meant to me and my fur baby, Batman. He is a senior dog and I adopted him nearly 5 years ago- I had no clue what severe separation anxiety was in dogs until him, and was basically flying by the seat of my pants wondering if I would ever be able to leave my home again with him unattended in the early oughts. Luckily, I have known the managers of Dog Tales for 20+ years, so I knew where to go immediately for help and support. Ashleigh, and then Sherry after Ashleigh moved. The care they have put into the animals who go there, whether for boarding long term or day care, is unparalleled. And it has had such a fantastic trickle down effect with the staff as well. I have called with last minute boarding requests, they have called about his vaccines, sending me photos when he is there- I mean, you name it. Dog Tales always accommodates to what your dog needs. The staff is absolutely INCREDIBLE. Communication is key when it comes to comfortability regarding the health of your baby who won’t be under your supervision. Batman has had a myriad of health issues, most recently having an eye removed due to glaucoma (sounds scary, I promise he’s thriving). The care the staff put in each and every time we arrive, knowing the attention he needs, his unique factors, again, it’s difficult to find words to describe what it means. And I witness the same attention given to each person who arrives while I’m there as well. I am an unapologetic helicopter dog mommy when it comes to him, but when I travel for work, I sleep very easily at night when he is not with me, knowing he is with them, receiving top notch care and individualized attention. I truly have no idea what I would do without Dog Tales. I have, and will continue, to recommend this establishment time and time again.”

“We have 3 chihuahuas who do not board or attend doggy daycare on a regular basis so they are a little shy to warming up. Tracy and Joe treated them like one of their own and took great care of them while we were on vacation. Tracy did a home visit first to get to know them, then our dogs went to her home for a few hours the week before we left town. Tracy communicated with us and even sent pictures while we were gone. We didn't have to worry at all knowing they were safe and sound. We will definitely return when we need boarding services again!”
