This is our second batch of windows installed by Ameritech. We are doing the house section by section because windows aren’t cheap! Timmy our sales rep is excellent. He respects our time and is efficient but also answers questions and is thorough. We waited longer than expected for the install, but when we called Timmy and asked for an update his estimate was spot on. We got a call yesterday, asking if they could come today. Fortunately, I had done a lot of the clearing in advance, so it wasn’t a big panic. We purchased 4 windows to have installed but then had to add 2 more very suddenly after a water leak. The entire team was extremely thorough from making sure we knew what was going on every step of the way, from financing, to production, to installation. We chose the triple paned tinted windows and all I can say is that not only do we LOVE our new windows but the house maintains temperature significantly better and we can no longer hear any outside noise. I first purchased 38 triple pane windows that were fantastic. No more noise or drafts. I was so satisfied that I came back and purchased trim and gutters that really made the house stand out. Now I am purchasing a storm door and a basement entry door. Each time I asked for my sales representative. Timmy Gayle. He is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. My house was built in the 1890’s and has been in my family since 1904. So I want to do everything I can to maintain it and pass it down to my son and his wife.Service: Window installation
