We had our AC unit installed by Comfort Solutions about 3 years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently we had a minor problem. Their tech Jainer came by. Very friendly and professional. Patiently explained the problem which was thankfully just a filter. Also let me know some tips on how to make the unit last longer. Best of all he was in an out in 30 mins w just the minimal service charge. I highly recommend this company.
Neighbor had a gas leak, the Fire Department checked our gas lines as a precaution and found a small gas leak going to our furnace. 1 call took care of having Comfort Solutions respond the same day and repaired the leak. Janier is a very professional technician, he clearly explained everything to us and made the necessary repair. Comfort Solutions is my only choice for my HVAC work.
From the appointment setup call to the service, Comfort Solutions came through for me. Special shout out to Steven and Ed our technicians. Ed did the work to replace our blower motor and Steve did the inspection to figure out the issue we were having. Both guys were polite, thorough, and found/fixed the problem with our unit in just under and hour; give or take a few minutes.
The last company we worked with, the tech spent all of 15min looking at our unit, then told me the whole thing just needed to be replaced. Not Steven, and not Ed!!
