“We had an incredibly positive experience working with Omar and his team, and we would highly recommend them to friends and family (beyond who we’ve already connected to Omar)!

We had highly aesthetic + finishing work done across our main living spaces - new custom arched bookcases, built in bench, pantry shelving, cabinet painting, backsplash, new sink + pretty major plumbing changes to support it, and new wall to wall cabinets/shelves for an office room. This turned out so well and we are so happy with the result!

Omar and his team (especially Mo) were so great to work with on this project - they helped shape an ambiguous idea down to the final details, and helped call out tradeoffs and design decisions that would make the final result better (cheaper or more durable or better looking). They care about getting the job done right + satisfying the customer’s vision, not just checking a box.

We undertook this remodel in between a hectic travel schedule, and Omar made the complex logistics feel like a breeze - between when we were available, when different spaces needed to be done, and coordinating materials + labor, Omar went above and beyond to make things work out for us.

Of course, Omar offered a great price, and stuck to it - no nickel and diming here. The service that he then backed up this price almost makes this feel too good to be true!

They could probably do a bit better about communication with their installers. I was told they'd be over on a certain day but no heads up on timing and was just notified when they were at my house. This wasn't an issue for me since I work just a few minutes from home, but something to keep in mind if you're coordinating with them. I also did have a few issues and delays where different materials needed to be ordered (one of the issues I was maybe a bit picky about - slightly mismatched color on one transition), but they were great about making sure everything got taken care of and I was happy with the work so the slight delay didn't impact my positive experience and the floors all look great!
Pro-tip: Get $10 gift cards to a local sub shop for lunch and some drinks for your installers. We did this and they did awesome work and were super grateful and made us feel very comfortable with them in our home.“

Jay was able to patiently walk us through the various options and help us select a product within our budget that exceeded our expectations. While we installed the flooring ourselves, a Mohawk laminate, Jay was able to provide a crew to help flatten the concrete subsurface at a very reasonable price. He even personally visited our home to ensure that the project was understood and completed properly. Throughout each step of the process, he provided an amazing level of information without being pushy. He also helped us select tile and grout for our new shower teaching us a little about tile design and best practices without telling us what to do. “I looked at 8 different contractors before deciding on James Lambert. I wanted to get Coffered Ceilings installed on my 9’ ceiling and the final product came out more beautiful than I had imagined. He and his team are very punctual 8am-5pm with hour lunch break. I appreciate they put more men on the job and worked Saturday to get the coffered ceiling installed. The men who worked on this project were all very kind and hard working (Alexis was the main guy I spoke to aside from Jim). The end of each day, they swept the floors and took off all the trash and tarping which is nice so we can use the space. Once the project was completed, Monica (wife) sent all receipts and final invoice. Communication was very clear all throughout the project. The final invoice ended up being about 5k higher than the quote, which was a surprise. Nonetheless, I’m very pleased to gone with James Lambert as they have transformed our living room space to something absolutely beautiful.“

“You can spend all your time looking around for great quality flooring and customer service but, you'll end up right back here. Awesome selection in the store. Superior customer service by Ed and Tabitha and the install crew. Fair pricing, wasn't the highest. Renovated our entire main floor with LVP and it looks like a brand new house.“

“Now I ain't one to leave reveiws but I reckon this company deserves some recongnition. These folks are worth about ten billion dollars and they still send a fella out in a real pretty box truck, all decked out with their logo and everything, just riding around asking if you got any spare pallets laying around. I respect the hustle. My buddy Daryl does the same thing but he ain't got a truck that nice.

I tell you what though, they got standarts. Do NOT try to give them your off-size pallets. I dragged out a stack of 42x42s I been fixin' to get rid of for six months and the driver looked at me like I'd offered him a casserole at a funeral. 48x40 only, and he knowed it before he even got out of the cab. A company this size has got rules and they stick to em.

The driver, Bobby Ray, is good people. Pulls into your lot, walks the stack, kicks one with his boot to check it, and loads up exackly what he wants. Which is your pallets. Which he is taking for free. I have bought cattle with more back and forth than this transacktion involved.

Bottom line is I reckon these people have got more money than I will ever see in my lifetime and they still out here collectin wood off the side of the road like the rest of us. Admirable. Five stars, would donate pallets to a billion dollor corporation again.“
