“I built a home with Richmond American and upgraded the floors. The company they used was executive floors. I know when the builder had a few boards replaced that had been damaged during the construction process by other contractors they called them and while I was home they came in and very neatly replaced a few boards. I was skeptical at first, thinking that they would not match, or fit correctly, but 7 years later there has never been an issue with the repairs and even I can't find them to point out. I had my whole house painted and the painters on the last day damaged my floor with an aluminum ladder and scratched it 1/4" deep in multiple places in my entryway. I had the original floor info from the builder but wasn't sure who to call. I asked the builder for the floor installers name, and they told me "executive floors" and sent my info to them. A few minutes later Margie called and arranged an estimate, and for a few hundred dollars my floor damage was replaced by an clean and diligent working craftsman. The repair looks amazing, the repair man was prompt, on time, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. If you want new floors, or to repair your existing floors I recommend you call Margie at executive floors in Manassas Va, and I'm sure you won't regret it“

Made our old 1985 bathroom look like an exquisite high end European hotel. The end product was far beyond our expectations. His project manager, Brandon was always very responsive to any and all questions and requests for information and kept us abreast of project timelines and provided a solid overview progress reports on work getting done and next steps. Their crew to include William, Pedro, Alex, Thio, Vladimir and Mauricio were all timely, clean, professional and very careful to use floor coverings up the stairs and along the hallways to keep our wood floors and area scratch free and they cleaned up the area nicely after each day.
