During the install we encountered floors that were not level where the luxury vinyl needed to go. It took a lot of work to get it level. The team at Kemper was patient, communicative, and ensured that in the end it was right.

Their work was also very well done. We have old cabinets that are no longer made, and Flood Masters was able to use the veneers of our old cabinets so the new cabinets effectively match the old ones. Working with EcoLux Floors was one of my best experiences with a contractor. Ray the Project Manager was very punctual for my initial visit where he examined what needed to be done for my floors. We reviewed several options for the project. It was a small room (180 sf) with carpet which I replaced with LVP flooring. The cost was very competitive and it took about half of a day to complete the project. Melvin who did the actual work along with his assistant they were on point. They were very professional and cleaned up once the job was completed. I must mention that I requested for Melvin to do an additional task and he did not hesitated to do it. When I told him to try another method he did not question why, he just did it. It was really a pleasure working with EcoLux Floors and I will definitely recommend them and continue working with them on other projects.
