I built a home with Richmond American and upgraded the floors. The company they used was executive floors. I know when the builder had a few boards replaced that had been damaged during the construction process by other contractors they called them and while I was home they came in and very neatly replaced a few boards. I was skeptical at first, thinking that they would not match, or fit correctly, but 7 years later there has never been an issue with the repairs and even I can't find them to point out. The place to go for the most luxurious selections of high quality flooring. Super nice, professional, English speaking, and CRAZY KNOWLEDGEABLE people know their products, best use applications, how to install, and anything else related in between. Contractors are welcomed. Beautiful store.
