“Simply fantastic. We had our entire 1st floor with an existing dated red oak hardwood floor redone to a more modern brownish stain as well as stairs in our 2006 built home. Javier and his team really know what they are doing! Well explained, and did all the furniture moving for us (and put it back once complete). Lots of work (1 week) but at a very reasonable price. Included dust abatement, and stain and finish. Javier was intent in ensuring we were happy with the look everywhere before proceeding to the next step. What a professional business he and his partner, Janette run. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to update their home with without tearing out the original hardwood (especially with material costs sky rocketing nowadays).“

“I built a home with Richmond American and upgraded the floors. The company they used was executive floors. I know when the builder had a few boards replaced that had been damaged during the construction process by other contractors they called them and while I was home they came in and very neatly replaced a few boards. I was skeptical at first, thinking that they would not match, or fit correctly, but 7 years later there has never been an issue with the repairs and even I can't find them to point out. I had my whole house painted and the painters on the last day damaged my floor with an aluminum ladder and scratched it 1/4" deep in multiple places in my entryway. I had the original floor info from the builder but wasn't sure who to call. I asked the builder for the floor installers name, and they told me "executive floors" and sent my info to them. A few minutes later Margie called and arranged an estimate, and for a few hundred dollars my floor damage was replaced by an clean and diligent working craftsman. The repair looks amazing, the repair man was prompt, on time, and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. If you want new floors, or to repair your existing floors I recommend you call Margie at executive floors in Manassas Va, and I'm sure you won't regret it“

“I meant to post this a few months ago, sorry it has taken me so long. In August, 2x4 Construction came to my house to install a sliding glass door. Before they came I thought the price was a little high, but they were recommended so I decided to pay a little more. It was well worth it! My original door wasn't plumb and Junior and John had to do a LOT of work to get my door in correctly. They were there all day on one of the hottest days of the year. Then, in December I noticed that the caulking around the door had come apart. I called Gary and he was over within the week and fixed it at no cost. Of course I gave him some money for his time and work. All three men were wonderful to work with.“
