“I had the pleasure of having Albert show me the flooring that fulfilled my household’s needs. We have two kids and three cats so you can imagine the mess. When I came into the showroom there were so many options, and I had my eyes set on hardwood (LVP) throughout most of the house. Albert suggested the Cortec brand in the color Grande Golden Oak. It’s super thick, durable, and most of all it’s 100% waterproof and scratch resistant! I told him I wanted it in the basement and main level but then I ended up doing it for the entire home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The actual color is a nice neutral oak that evolves its color based on warm or cool lighting. All in all a great color. But that’s not even all, he told me it would take my 3,300 sq ft home 4-5 days and he wasn’t kidding! I feel like I just blinked and it was done. He definitely brought his A team of Jorge, Victor, Miguel and project manager Edward who are absolutely the best! The entire team was amazing to work with and provided superb hospitality. Not only did they work hard, but they cleaned up and moved furniture back based on my request. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs flooring help or renovations!“

We had highly aesthetic + finishing work done across our main living spaces - new custom arched bookcases, built in bench, pantry shelving, cabinet painting, backsplash, new sink + pretty major plumbing changes to support it, and new wall to wall cabinets/shelves for an office room. This turned out so well and we are so happy with the result!

Omar and his team (especially Mo) were so great to work with on this project - they helped shape an ambiguous idea down to the final details, and helped call out tradeoffs and design decisions that would make the final result better (cheaper or more durable or better looking). They care about getting the job done right + satisfying the customer’s vision, not just checking a box.

We undertook this remodel in between a hectic travel schedule, and Omar made the complex logistics feel like a breeze - between when we were available, when different spaces needed to be done, and coordinating materials + labor, Omar went above and beyond to make things work out for us.

Of course, Omar offered a great price, and stuck to it - no nickel and diming here. The service that he then backed up this price almost makes this feel too good to be true!

“A++ experience from the beginning. I had a repeat contractor out to price out my kitchen remodel. That contractor didn’t listen to what i wanted and was giving me cabinets out of the box. So I googled and found Mike at the Model Home. He came in and heard everything I said… then told me his cabinetry was custom made so I had total freedom of my design, and the pricing wasn’t too much more than the first quote. I spoke to a few past clients of his and everyone raved about him and the team, so I was sold. Then Mike sent me Kristine to manage my project… this woman is a gift from God himself. Normally Im good at making choices but because this was the most expensive project I’ve ever done for myself i was second guessing all my decisions. She helped keep me grounded. She gave me suggestions when I needed them, sent email after email with so many options that would fit my budget. Once she knew my style she found so many amazing things for me…. She probably worked too hard to be honest. And her attention to detail is immaculate. I only had to tell her something once and she was working it no matter what it was, big or small. The construction crew was amazing. Great guys, I felt completely comfortable with them having access to my life for the 7-8 weeks the project took to complete. Now my kitchen is the showcase of my house and I can’t show it off enough. Wish I found Mike and his crew sooner, but I’m sure I’ll find another project for them to help me out with in the future“
