“We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Bardiya, the owner of Integrity Carpet and Flooring. We had a pet accident on our carpet that no amount of enzyme cleaner was getting rid of, so we finally decided we needed to replace that patch of carpet and pad. I am slowly adding to my DIY skills so after watching a million youtube videos was very invested in trying the repair myself. I was hoping to avoid having to buy a huge roll of all of the supplies, so per google's recommendation I reached out to a bunch of local carpet installation businesses to see if I could purchase a smaller amount of materials. I understand this was probably hardly worth their time as it was such a small sale, but Bardiya was the only one who even responded to me and he went above and beyond what I could have even hoped for to help me out. His customer service (or probably he's just truly that kind of a person) was unparalleled. Even the company that we purchased a fairly large carpet installation project from a few years ago didn't help as much as Bardiya did, and you would think they would have as that would help retain customers. Because of this we are absolutely going to go with Integrity Carpet and Floor to replace our carpets once our 500 cats have passed (not really 500 but it feels like that some days;) ). It totally makes sense that he has such good reviews. He also provided a quote to do the patch for us, which was very reasonable, and if I wasn't so invested in trying to see if I can repair it myself, I would just go with them. I wholehearted recommend this company after my experience with him.”
