“I'm not sure why this planet fitness got such a bad score. The gym is huge, all the equipment is new, and the staff is very friendly. I moved from LA and I think this gym is even better than the one in LA. They also have so much more equipment like Medicine balls that I've never seen at other planet fitnesses. I'm so sad I had to move because I really do love this gym.“

“My wife and I wanted to become healthier and tried to do it on our own with limited success as we watched what we ate and went for walks in the evening. This use to work, but it was apparent that it was not having the same results as we aged. We started going to Train Strong with Al as our coach. It has made a significant difference for both my wife and I. Every week is a different set of exercises focused on all the muscle groups. The change every week prevents the workouts from getting boring. Al has been flexible scheduling the workouts as well as with the workouts adapting to our needs for the week. We really enjoy our weekly hour with Al as well as our homework assignments prepared by Al. Well worth the time and money!!“

“I've had one yoga instructor before relocating to the Richmond area. I was feeling some nerves about starting anew but was fortunate to be directed to Glenmore Yoga. The atmosphere is welcoming and peaceful. The staff and yogis are kind, gracious and caring and are invested in everyone’s success. Students are guided to work to their ability and there is no pressure to go beyond what's right for the individual. I leave refreshed and happy with the time and care given to my body. It’s always a good day at Glenmore!“

“I got the oil from Lisa for inflammation and arthritis - joint pain and it is amazing. My husband severed his wrist 2 years ago. The doctors did a good job putting it back together but advised him that it will never be the same as it was before due to the type of injury. When the weather changes, my husband is in pain as well when he over uses it. Lisa's oil really works miracles and helps with the paid. Lisa has fan's for life.“

“I've been doing stretching sessions with Daniel for about a month and a half and they are amazing.I've had lower back pain and other health stuff as a result of tight muscles for a long while. And, stretching is an important part towards rehabbing those muscles to become fully functional again.Older folks are especially vulnerable to tightness, which can lead to issues with the core. Other folks who train and/or just want to stay healthy can also benefit from this type of stretching.Let me tell you, you'd never be able to stretch your muscles as good as what you'll get in a session with Daniel. ???“

“I usually chicken out at workout classes and don't feel fully prepared before or during the workout but not at Niche! I feel very welcomed and taken care of during my class workouts. I never feel like I'm "behind" or don't know what I'm doing. Even though there are multiple people in the class, the instructors make sure you are making movements correctly and safely in a non judgemental environment. I have really enjoyed my membership here!“

“Carrie has been my personal trainer for the last year and a half, one day a week. She gives me my exercises, then mails me copies, and it is up to me to go to our fitness room and do them. She is very knowledgeable re: physiology which is important to me since I have some issues. She works around those issues so that no damage is done. I wish I could work with her for every workout!! She is very motivating and fun to work out with. I strongly recommend Fitting It In for your fitness needs!!“

“This gym rocks. Always clean and well kept, including the showers. Tons of equipment, literally everything you need. Good cable system. Good dumbell selection. Three different bars and three good racks, plus hex bar. Everything you need to lift. Everything you need to strech/yoga. Everything you need for cardio. They got mats, bands, cones, sleds, bikes, eliptical, weight machines, kettle bells, enougth plates and everthing. The people who work there and go there are all really awesome too. Manager is so positive and a good person. You will see her working out also and that's pretty cool. Culture rocks, gym rocks. And you can go whenever. I would give ten stars if I could.“

“Master Hubley and his staff at Martial Arts of West End are the best around. They truly care about the families and students to make sure they are learning the right way. Classes are fun and challenging. He really does make it look easy. They have a good balancer of correction and motivation and are aware of not to over correct as this leads to students feeling down about their ability. They focus on the students strong points and use that to make what they are struggling with easier and more fun to learn all while encouraging them. I would for sure recommend this school.“
