I’m the person that would try exercising for one or two weeks and then stop, and then try again six months later only to stop again. Since starting at Redefine, my whole attitude around exercising has changed, and, in a way, it’s a new hobby! I’m constantly thinking “who am I?!” — I would have never guessed exercise would be an easy part of my routine! Their system of semi-personal training just works for me. I like that I have to sign up for a session in advance, and that I have personalized exercise programs each month. When in the gym, I like the small groups (no gym bros here!) and the trainers are super friendly and encouraging (I work with Ashlee and Alex the most). It’s a great community to be a part of and I 110% recommend!“

“MAWE - is the safest, fun and most disciplined place at a decent price. We’ve been going since kindergarten, summer times, winter camps, regular classes, belt testing ( while long ones this ones specially are worth the price) I can’t recommend this place enough. Please consider visiting it!“
