Once you find the building at the back of the parking lot, you walk up 2 sets of stairs and essentially look for their sign. I booked a prenatal massage with Ginger, and it was very relaxing! The massage started with choosing an essential oil, that was placed under the headrest. Ginger checked in with me during the massage regarding the pressure and provided information on why and what she was doing. I recommend booking a prenatal massage here for a relaxing experience!“

I am amazed at how quickly he can diagnose and find the problem areas - he hones right in on the sore and injured muscles. I appreciate how he takes the time to explain what he is doing, and why. I leave with a better understanding of the issue, what I can do on my own to continue treatment, how to change the habits that led to the issue in the first place, and how to create new habits to prevent it from recurring. His is approach is very complete and holistic, and I thoroughly recommend him and Focus for PT.“

I started with 4 classes a month but the experience was so great that I upgraded to unlimited within weeks. The instructors are amazing - knowledgeable, supportive, and always making sure our form is correct. The whole atmosphere is incredibly welcoming and friendly. I can finally work out almost daily without pain AND build strength instead of aggravating injuries. I seriously love that I can get a real workout without the constant setbacks and beating up my body.“
