I wanted to thank Chris for taking time out of his schedule to meet with me on very short notice to evaluate flooring in a condominium I was considering purchasing. He was very patient, took care in examining the flooring, and explained in detail the differences between hard wood, engineered hardwood, and luxury vinyl flooring (advantages, disadvantages of each and care considerations). He is very knowledgeable and experienced with wood flooring of all kinds and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other clients who need a tutorial on flooring and a skilled installer.

Luis is an incredibly skilled flooring specialist! He had a wonderful disposition and really focused on the details. He was patient and kind as I struggled to make color decisions and offered just the right amount of skilled insight for refinishing our red oak floors with an oil based finish (my preference, he has tons of experience with water based as well). 10/10 recommend. He's been in the business for 30 years and it shows. He showed up on time every day of the job. He refinished both floors of our house and the stairs in between, with full quarter round replacement. The whole job went perfect in my parents home. I'm picky but nice. Chris came out for the estimate. Nice guy. Easy to work with. Bid came in about where it needed to be. I didn't bother getting other estimates because I don't have time! Scheduling was easy. My job was repairs then refinish the room including three top coats. And a small repair to a section in another room. The quality of their work was excellent. They are meticulous. Couldn't be happier. I wish I had my floors done by this team last year My job with another company was really quite bad.
