Annandale Floor Finishers, a family owned business in Northern Virginia since 1934, received fantastic reviews. The crew was professional, courteous, and on time. They worked cleanly, protecting the space and leaving almost no dust or mess. They removed carpet and tack strips, sanded the hardwood floors evenly with no sanding marks, and then stained and applied several coats of water based polyurethane. The floors came out amazing, looking like a piano top and absolutely beautiful. They also repaired steps and rebuilt basement steps that were solid and looked fantastic. The hardwood installation matched perfectly, and the work was done at an affordable price. The clean-up was impressive. The quality was great and night and day better than previous work. Customers were highly pleased and would definitely use them again. The results were gorgeous and super functional.

The crew was efficient and did a great job from initial sanding to clean up. The floors in my 1970 home look better than new. Highly recommend this company which is a local family owned company since 1934.
