Mark and his son did phenomenal work on multiple occasions with a house that has a split system HVAC. Incredibly knowledgeable, he can diagnose a problem and fix it without the typical replace the system sales pitch. He repaired a furnace in the winter, but also installed a new system in the upstairs zone when we knew it was nearing end of life and due to the rising cost of older R22 refrigerant. He even offered to take the old R22 out of the system being being replaced to recharge the downstairs system to give it a bit more life free of charge. Mark was awesome!! He responded quickly and was able to come to my home the same afternoon. My house wasn’t cooling and it was 80 inside it.He was able to fix the problem and explain everything with get detail. He knows his stuff and I was very pleased.
