NCI replaced the roof of my house damaged by storm. Insurance initially denied the claim when I was helped by another contractor. Mr. Carlos, who is a project manager at NCI, helped me to have the roof reinspected by the insurance and the claim fully approved. He went up to the roof with the inspector and communicated the locations and severity of damages. After a few days after the approval, Mr. Carlos's team came to my house around 8 am and finished the roof replacement and the cleanup by 4pm. Jeff was phenomenal to work with in regards to our leaking roof! We had worked with a few other companies to identify where the leak was coming from with no luck. When Jeff first came by, he was able to identify exactly where the leak was coming from in minutes and several possible solutions. Within the next few days, he prioritized our house and was back up on the roof fixing the leak with no issues since! When we replace our roof in the coming years, Jeff and NCI will be our first call!

After the severe storms we had this summer, Alex from NCI came out to assess the damage. He took detailed photos with notes and sent them to me via email almost immediately. He was very helpful with how to apply for a complete roof replacement with my insurance company and even met the insurance representative when he came out to look at the roof. We were approved for a full roof replacement! Alex was flexible and responsive when scheduling the replacement installation and communicated exactly what to expect from the process.
