My wife and I recently had our roof replaced by Affordable Roofing & Remodeling at our home in Leesburg, and we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish.
We chose CertainTeed Landmark shingles in Weathered Wood, and Tim Taylor made the selection process so much easier than we expected. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering every question we had without ever making us feel rushed. What really stood out was when he pulled up images of other roofs in our area that had the same color choice — that made a huge difference for my wife in visualizing how it would actually look on our house before we committed.

I own a software company in Maryland that works with roofing contractors around the country, and Affordable Roofing is one of our customers. I met Tim, the owner, at an ABC Supply Top Golf event where I was presenting. He was interested enough that we hopped on a screen share with his office admin Tiffany right there at the event. What stands out is how he communicates. He was texting with me on a Sunday to sort out a technical issue, apologizing for the timing the whole way. If that's how he treats a vendor, I can only imagine the attention his roofing clients get. Tim, Tiffany, and Ashley run a responsive operation.
