I have nothing but positive things to say about Clawes Carpets. This team went above and beyond to address every concern I had and truly exceeded my expectations.-Alan: first point of contact. Friendly and quick to respond. Anthony too!-Luis: welcomed my little toddler both times at the showroom. Even offered him snacks and made our family feel welcome despite my kid running around.-Boss Bobby: punctual, personable, professional. So grateful for his service!

We had Clawes install hardwood floors on our main level, and install LVP in the basement. They were great throughout the entire process. The people in the showroom patiently dealt with our many questions. The person who came out to measure the space was great. He even made a second trip out to reassess a tricky area near the kitchen. And the installation went smoothly and efficiently. The floors look great!

A year ago we had Clawes come to our house to replace the carpeting in our family room. Since that experience was so good we didn’t hesitate to have Bobby come back to our house to give us a quote on replacing all the flooring on our main level. After taking all the measurements Bobby then gave us recommendations on what type of hardwood floors we should consider. He left us a few samples and told us to come to the showroom in Clifton if had any questions or needed more samples. After a few trips to the showroom and getting additional information from Louis and Kevin, we selected a yellow birch hardwood made by Preverco.
