“I wanted to take a moment to thank you and your team for the excellent service you’ve consistently provided. Today, Calvin Phelps from Gilman Heating, Cooling, and Plumbing came by after my hot water heater failed... only 10 years after installation, which Gilman originally handled. I shared my frustration with Calvin regarding the plastic shutoff valve that was installed previously by Gilman. Unfortunately, when I needed it most, in an emergency, it couldn’t be used. This was the only emergency I’ve had, and it left me questioning the purpose of having that valve if it wasn’t reliable when needed. UGH... That said, Gilman’s service and technicians have always been outstanding, and I truly appreciate the quick response and professionalism. I only wish there had been more consideration given to the quality of that component during the last installation, as it could have prevented a lot of stress and damage this time. I understand these things happen, and I’m grateful that your team is scheduled to come out Thursday to resolve this current issue, but an additional break would have been nice. Please know that despite this concern, I remain very appreciative of the help and responsiveness your team has shown then and now. Thank you for your continued commitment to great service.“

The problem was accurately diagnosed, explained, and fixed within the designated time frame. Curtis was very professional and did an excellent job updating our old cast iron pipe with a new PVC pipe. “We bought a 40+ year old house in North Side and the water heater looked rough and outside hose bibs were leaking. A friend recommended us to call Paul Brown Plumbing & Heating, so we did. Randon is great to work with over the phone and text. She was able to get a team out to the house in a few days to take care of the water heater hose bibs and to help us look at some other potential issues we had. The house itself was in rough shape so we decided to have them replace all the pipes to pex while we did other renovation projects. They came out three times and now the house has all new pipes, they fixed a drain pipe in the wall (another crazy issue we discovered after the fact) and made all the connections to the sinks, dishwasher, toilet, and tub. The installation team was punctual, respectful, neat, and thorough. The pricing was consistent with the quality of work this company provides and well worth it! We will use them again should we need their services (hopefully we won't, but you know how that goes) and we recommend giving them a call for your plumbing needs.“

“We had a very good experience with the Cimco team. Our very old hvac system kicked the can a few years ago and after collecting a few quotes, the Cimco team offered us the best deal. Moreover, they personally delivered us a large space heater on loan for free while we were without heat because we had young children and the temperatures were very low at night. That was before we even agreed to hire them! They did the work quickly and we have not had any issues with the new system since install. I definitely recommend them.“
