If you are looking for small group training, walk into the gym and have everything ready for your workout, ask questions, have workout modified because this or that hurts, this is the place. Very friendly people. Trainers are really educated and they are very good for explaining stuff. To top it all off I can come to the same place for recovery, like for a massage, or acupuncture. This place is a gem in the community you need to try out and discover.“
