Had one of the best deep tissue massages from Vanessa at Elite Wellness Performance & Recovery. Vanessa is amazing and applied the right pressure where it was needed. After having visited a number of places in Loudoun County and left disappointed, still in pain, Vanessa relieved the pain and stress I was feeling. She is definitely knowledgeable and I haven’t felt this relaxed in a long time. Definitely recommending her to family and friends. Overall, excellent massage, great atmosphere and very professional.

I highly recommend Alexis if you are interested in going to Elite Wellness Performance and Recovery. He is a dear friend of mine/former teammate in collegiate cross country and track, two very taxing, demanding sports on the human body. I asked Alexis to craft a strength program for me when our program unfortunately shut down, and he wrote me one that progressed over 6 months. He checked in on my progress consistently and was very caring about my athletic performance during benchmarks and competitions, and was receptive to feedback I had. I recommend Alexis to anyone. I am grateful for everything he has done for me. Throughout college we actually competed in track together. Not only he was a dear friend put also someone I rely on for health advice and he wasn't even a trainer at that time. I get knee pains once a while. After reaching out to Alexis he gave me a personalized 2 weeks knee strengthening routine. I was surprised with the results
