An awesome experience every time! We previously did a large (2 bathroom) project which went well. Now we are doing a smaller project, and the experience so far is excellent. Our representative Cloud quickly performed a survey and guided us through selecting materials at their showroom. The material is now on order, and we are looking forward to the installation.
Our main bathroom was redone by Metropolitan Bath and Tile and it turned out great, on budget, and on time. Now a few years later we are having our other bathrooms updated and are returning to them. Today, Kevin came out to our house and did the measurements, took note of our goals, and walked us through some great options and ideas. Now with that in mind and the layout we discussed with Kevin, we are all set to visit the showroom to select materials for the installation. Kevin did a great job of explaining the installation process and sequencing.
Charlene Flara spent lots of time with me in a thorough assessment of the needs to re do our bathroom and tub. She was professional, personable, and kind. I’m looking forward to a new marble countertop with porcelain sink, new cast iron tub covered with porcelain, using an heirloom medicine cabinet, and new tiling. I’m looking forward to now seeing their extensive showroom and the rest of the process.
