Alta Veterinary Hospital
“I’ve been going to Alta Vet for several years. I’ve always noticed that the owner, Lisa, is always recusing and taking in abandoned animals. I was there one day and she had found a little dog, that had a rope around his neck, tied to a tree, and abandoned in 90 degree heat. So she took him home. As soon as I saw him, I knew I had to have him. Not only did Lisa, have him completely checked over, vaccinated, chipped, groomed, dental cleaning, he had an orthopedic issue and required surgery. She paid for all of it, out of her own pocket. She does that with all the animals she rescues, before finding them good homes. He’s been the best dog I’ve ever had. All of the staff is absolutely amazing!! The vets are extremely caring and knowledgeable. They all truly care about the animals and their health and safety. It’s always more about the animals, than the money. I highly, highly recommend them for any, and all of veterinary needs. It’s the ONLY place I trust my fur baby with.”
