West Lake Animal Hospital is a family-owned veterinary clinic that offers a wide range of high-quality services for pets in Kearns, Taylorsville, West Jordan, West Valley City, and nearby areas. They primarily treat dogs and cats, but also have an exotic veterinarian who visits weekly to care for other types of pets. The clinic has been serving the community for several years and is known for its friendly and caring staff. Customers appreciate the reasonable pricing and how the veterinarians take the time to discuss their pets' health concerns. Many have recommended the hospital to others, who have also been satisfied with the quality of care their pets receive. The entire staff is described as awesome, knowledgeable, and kind, and they respond to emails in a timely manner. Additionally, there is a separate entrance and waiting room for dogs and cats, which is a nice feature for reactive or easily stressed animals.
Dr Nebeker was great with my reactive, large dog. He was very informative about ways to make my dog's overall health better! Tech, Bobbie, was very understanding about my dog as well. Tech, Tara walked my large, strong dog to my car for me, because I couldn't do it. Tara was so friendly and had such a positive attitude! Great experience!
I have appreciated everytime I have came in the care and sensitivity here is what makes me come back. I have had teeth cleaning, bloodwork, and unfortunately a pet pass. Each of these circumstances I have not felt like a bother, and all my questions answered. Thank you for understanding what our pets mean.
As new patients to Westlake we were very happy with ease of making appointment, staff very helpful and accommodating, in and out in a very timely manner, took great care with my 11 year old boy, will be making appointments for the rest of my kids, thanks ! & nice to meet Dr. Mui.
