Our 18 year old cat, that kept me company while I was undergoing chemo, became increasingly ill. We randomly choose to take her to Millcreek Urgent Pet Care. They ran some tests & gave us our options. We chose to end her suffering. The staff was awesome,very sensitive and caring during a difficult time.

I brought my elderly pug with poop issues and they were very helpful and discovered it was an abscess. They were quick and after medication it was at the $292 price point. They were up front with the $150 diagnosis price. Thanks for helping with my pugapiller.

With the simple sound of Ryan's voice and her caring questions I immediately knew this was the place to bring my baby. I had spent the night and & day trying to find an urgent care clinic that was open as advertised out had less than a 5 hour wait. I could feel the genuine concern and knowledge. They were just closing and still allowed me to come in being 30 mins. away. Their prices were fair, the receptionist, tech. And Dr. all were clear and informative. They reviewed my choices and expenses on a print out before hand. Didn't rush me and took excellent care of my little sick girl. The clinic is clean, inviting, smells great. Thank you all so very much!
